While our
programs are important we like to emphasize relationship rather than
programs.
First: There must be a vital and living
personal relationship with God through faith in Jesus Christ.
Jesus said in John 3:3 "Truly, truly, I say
to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the Kingdom of God."
Second: There must be a good and solid
relationship with God's people through fellowship. Acts 2:42 says
"And they were continually devoting themselves to
the Apostles teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to
prayer."
Our programs and relationships are vital to our
church and can be described in five words:
1. WORSHIP
"Oh, come, let us worship and bow down,
let us kneel before the Lord our maker."
(Psalms95:6)
2. PRAISE
"Let the people praise thee, O, God; let
all the people praise thee." ( Psalms 67:3)
3. MUSIC
"Speaking to one another in psalms and
hymns and spiritual songs and making melody
with your hearts to the Lord." (Ephesians 5:19)
4. MISSIONS
"And He said to them, "Go into all the
world and preach the gospel to all creation."
(Mark 16;15)
5. SPIRITUAL GROWTH
"But grow in the grace and knowledge of
our Savior Jesus Christ, to him be the glory."
(2 Peter 3;18)
